Welcome to Abaya Collective. We hope you love your new abaya set, but if it is not right, here is how we handle returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that:
• Are returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Are in their original condition, unworn/unused, and with original packaging.
• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Clearance or final sale items.
To initiate a return or exchange:
1. Contact us at info@abayacollective.com.au to request authorization.
2. Ship the item(s) to PO Box 42, Kilkenny, South Australia 5009, with the return authorization number.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges will be processed for items of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. If the replacement item costs more, you will be required to pay the price difference.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Australia.
